Is Chris Korge Impartial and Neutral in His Role as the DNC Finance Chair?

Chris Korge, the Democratic Party's chief fundraiser, was a major donor to the Hillary Clinton campaign. He also contributed to the campaign of Kamala Harris. All the while, he publicly criticized another leading Democratic candidate, Bernie Sanders. That doesn't quite seem too fit the epitome of "neutrality".
